Our Spanish apartment offers 1 double bedroom and 1 twin room in the popular Spanish resort of Cabo Roig. Only a few mins walk to a sandy beach and a 5 mins drive to 3 golf courses. The apartment has a small balcony with table and chairs were you can watch the world go by. Air conditioned. Second floor apartment with a balcony facing the setting sun, cafe and bars included in the ground floor reception area. There are also enclosed gardens and pool, safe for the kids whilst you enjoy a drink. The Costa Blanca 'White Coast' boasts over 320 days of sunshine each year, attracting sun worshippers, golfers and water sports enthusiasts. Its Blue Flag beaches vary from long stretches of fine sand to undiscovered bays with rugged cliffs and secluded sand dunes.

About the area
The balcony faces the setting sun for that last chance to catch the sun with a glass of wine before your evening out.
Communal pool and garden area with sunloungers etc, the bar is next to the pool. Just outside is a great traditional Spanish cake and coffee bar and also a small 24 hour store for your ice cold beer/wine and water etc. There are plenty of great restaurants, bars and shops a stones throw from the apartment. The Chinese restaurant does a meal for 4 for 34 euros you will not walk away hungry.
You don't need to hire a car with nearby buses to Torrevieja.
EXTRA Notes
- Air conditioning/heating included.
- Because this is an aparthotel it is safe for children with a 24 hour reception and key access only to front door, there is also a secure garage with keyed lift access.
- All visitors are requested not to smoke inside the property because there are sensitve smoke alarms, you can use the balcony for this.
- There are lifts to all the floors.
- An airer/dryer is for use on the solarium/balcony.
- There is wheelchair access to the apartment but the areas inside the apartment are not suitable for wheelchair use.

- Fully equipped kitchen, cooker, hob, extractor hood, fridge/freezer and washing machine.
Living Room
- The living room comes with a CD player and TV with British satellite channels. Settee and easy chair also a dining table and chairs, this area is open plan to the kitchen with a breakfast bar separating it.
Bathroom
- Bathroom with bath/shower over, wc and bidet.
Bedrooms
- Bedroom 1 with double bed.
- Bedroom 2 with twin beds.
Changeover Day
We are flexible, but please see the availability calendar to check if dates are free. We normally ask people to vacate the property by 11am on the final day and arrive after 4pm on first day to suit depending on other guests and the cleaning required.
Payment Notes
We will consider any offer for a long winter let or longer stays i.e. more than two weeks.
Booking Notes
Deposit £50 to secure booking. Balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. Refundable breakage deposit - £50 paid at same time of full payment. This will be sent to your home address after satisfactory check by our Managing Agent. Should you wish to cancel, written notification must be sent by fax (details as below). More than 8 weeks, 100% of deposit only. 7 to 4 weeks 50% of total paid, less than 3 weeks 25% of total will be refunded.
