A brand new studio furnished to a very high standard, in a quiet part of the popular village of Peyia. Views from the large tiled balcony will take your breath away. Sea views to the front and mountains to the rear. Close to Peyia village with its winding streets, taverns, supermarket, bakery and butcher. So why cook when the food in the taverns and restaurants is fresh and tastes fantastic. Because of the elevated position you will always have a fresh breeze to cool you while you relax on the balcony considering your next trip out. The roads in Cyprus are general empty and void of traffic even in the height of the summer, they drive on the same side as the UK. The studio has a TV and DVD, all bed linen, towels and beach towels are provided. There is a sofa bed with top quality memory foam mattress. A well equipped kitchen with washing machine, microwave, toaster and all the crockery, pans you will need, if you wish to cook! The bathroom has a tiled shower room.

About the area
PEYIA is still a mainly Cypriot village with all local shops, freshly baked bread,
the local butcher will prepare traditional and non traditional barbeque food for you upon request. Stone built church set amid the village which is on a slope that runs down to coral bay beach It has two supermarkets, a bank, laundrette, doctors and a DVD rental shop. Try Sophie's restaurant which does a theme night of, English, Chinese and Thai, buffets on different nights for a set cost. And you can't go to Cyprus without trying a 'MEZE', a selection of local dishes brought over to you at your leisure. AKAMAS PENINSULAR An area of preserved natural beauty , Lara beach turtle sanctuary, mile upon mile of mountain bike and 4x4 tracks accompanied by deserted beaches.

- The Sofa bed/Futon has upgraded mattress Sleeps a maximium of 2 The sofa bed is of a good quality (we sleep on it when our villa is booked) sprung action pull out mechanism for ease of folding/unfolding , we leave the bed unfolded most of the time unless we have guests round for a bottle or two of wine, there is plenty of room in the studio for the bed to be left out.
- A full hanging wardrobe , bedside cabinet, lamps make it a cosy place in the evening and the way the studio has been built means it is very private with no one overlooking you. We prefer staying in our studio than the villa when it just the two of use, it is a far more imtimate space.
Changeover Day
We are flexible on arrival dates and length of stay. I am in contact with other studio owners on the complex so why not book a few with your friends, hire a few cars between you and go explore this charming island.
Payment Notes
We will consider any long lets, and give discount for bookings of more than two weeks.
Booking Notes
Booking options can be held for 3 days. After which a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Full payment is required 8 weeks prior to departure. Full booking information and conditions are available upon request.
