The villa is located between the picturesque village of Peyia with its many local tavernas & restaurants, ancient church and shopping facilities - and - the beautiful beaches of Coral Bay with shopping and a choice of restaurants, bars and clubs for all ages. Close to the fantastic Akamas Peninsula games reserve with its exciting walks, deserted beaches, turtle sanctuary and selective restaurants all for to explore.

Clients are required to vacate the property by 11.00am on their changeover day unless prior arrangements have been made. Arrival time is 15.00hrs unless prior arrangement has been made.
Payment Notes
Special Prices available for bookings over 3 weeks. Contact me if you wish to rent this villa long term 6-12 months from CY£600 pcm, fully furnished, all you need is a suitcase of clothes!
You will be responsible for all utilities bills. Discount on rate if paid in full in advance.
Booking Notes
Booking options can be held for 3 days, after which a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Full payment is required 8 weeks prior to departure. Full booking information and conditions are available upon request. £100 security deposit will be required & returned to you within 7 days of your arrival back in the UK providing no breakages have be made.
